Managing the 2020 Holiday Season with Migraine

Date and time: Friday, December 11, 2020, 9:00 am / Pacific Standard Time (San Francisco, GMT-08:00)

Duration: 45 minutes

Description:

Register today for the Know Migraine Mission “Managing the 2020 Holiday Season With Migraine” virtual event featuring Karamo, host of Netflix’s hit show “Queer Eye.” Everyone's been feeling the stress of this year, and, for people that live with migraines, that's compounded even more. Karamo, who knows firsthand what it’s like to live with migraines, is lending his support to the migraine community and offering advice on how to manage stress during this unprecedented holiday season.

The event will also include panelists who live with migraine – including Karamo, migraine blogger Sarah Rathsack, and mother of two, Susan – as well as neurologist Dr. Hope O’Brien.

Tune in on Friday, Dec. 11 at 9:00 a.m. PST to hear them swap stories, answer questions about managing the stressful holiday season with migraine, and provide tips for having open and honest conversations about this disease.
